Domestic orders will ship Monday - Friday, excluding major US holidays by UPS. However, orders may take 1-2 days to prepare after order is processed. Orders are processed immediately once checkout is completed, for this reason we are not able to make changes to the order once you complete the order.

ALL DIGITAL PRODUCTS ARE FINAL SALE! Once a digital product is purchased you receive immediate access, therefore we will not be able to issue any refunds. 

 

House of Ritzy is not responsible for packages after they are picked up by courier. We will not be liable for lost or stolen packages. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to provide an accurate address and contact information when placing an order. For your protection, signature confirmation is required on all orders. Please provide a shipping location of where you will b able to sign for the package. 

 

Estimate processing dates are for in stock items only. In the unlikely event that an order has been placed on items that are out of stock, we will contact you immediately with option for full refund or replacement on out of stock items.

 

We operate Monday - Friday from 9-5 CST and are closed on the weekends.

All packages are shipped with USPS First Class Priority shipping 3-5 business days. Please contact us directly if you need your items sooner.

For sanitary reasons, House of Ritzy cannot accept returns of products after the packaging has been opened. Here at House of Ritzy we pride ourselves providing high quality products. We inspect all products prior to being approved to ship. In the rare instance, that a proven defective product has been shipped, buyer should notify House of Ritzy within 24 hours of receipt via email (Info@houseofritzy.com). Once the item is approved for return, buyer will be contacted with return instructions. House of  Ritzy reserves the right to replace or refund the purchase price of the defective product. All sale items are final sale.

IN NO EVENT WILL HOUSE OF RITZY, LLC OR ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, OWNERS AND EMPLOYEES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIMS, DEMANDS, DAMAGES LIABILITIES, SUITS, ATTACHMENTS, JUDGMENTS, LOSSES, PENALTIES, FINES, SETTLEMENTS, EXPENSES, INCLUDING COURTS COSTS AND REASONABLE ATTORNEYS FEES INCIDENT THERETO; INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, ECONOMIC, CONSEQUENTLY SOLD BY HOUSE OF RITZY, LLC. BUYER SHALL INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD HARMLESS HOUSE OF  RITZY, LLC. FOR ALL SUCH CLAIMS AND ACTIONS IN EACH CASE NOTWITHSTANDING THE ACTUAL OR ALLEGED NEGLIGENCE, PROVIDED THAT THE HOUSE OF RITZY, LLC LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT.
